I am ready to start advertising my new business, but I’m having problems with Zoho. First, I’m not sure which modules I am going to need or what the flow will be from module to module. Initially my leads will all come from social media, my website, and phone calls. I sell a service but no product. I help people buy new vehicles by doing all of the negotiations, and helping get everything in order for them to pick up their vehicle. I don’t have to purchase anything for resell. I have webforms setup that send all of the information to my leads module. I have added sections to the lead module so I can add all of the vehicle information and customer information. I convert the leads module normally, and it will fill in the account, contact, and deal modules like it should. From this point I am kind of lost. Do I really need some of these other modules such as quotes, activities, and projects? I sell 5 tiers of the same or a similar service right now. All prices are fixed, and I perform the same steps for almost every service. I am subsrcribed to CRM Plus and the $29 a months books. I am using invoices, sales orders and retainer invoices in books. I do take a deposit up front for the service and the balance is paid on the backend. I also take payments through PayPal via the invoices I email to my customers. Do I need to use all three of these forms? How can I intergrate invoices, and retainer invoices in to CRM so that I don’t have to always switch back and forth between CRM and Books? I have more questions, but this is what I need to know first. I appreciate any response. Thank you. Lance
