Need help with creating views which filter out specific people
Over the last two weeks, I have reach out to all of my leads and contacts via the Zoho "Send Mail" function. Let's call the email "New Office."
I've recently been transferred multiple existing leads and contacts which belonged to former employee.
Now I would like to create a new Email Template which goes to ONLY those leads and contacts which have not received the "New Office" email.
As of right now, I cannot figure out how to filter by Zoho Emails or specific key words in Notes.
Additionally, the "Modified Time" does not always seem to be accurate.
I'm very frustrated. Help!
