Need help with DNS, CNAME and coding

I am trying to set up to receive my email through my domain name. I've been up and trying to resolve this for two days, but to no avail.  I would like to receive my email through my Wordpress account using my domain name. Wordpress sent me to Zoho to set up an email account. I am trying to add a new DNS record. At some point I must have been sent a bit of code that I was supposed to copy that contained the  zb code that I need. Is there a way to get that code generated and sent to me again?
