Need help with reporting this data

Need help with reporting this data

Hey All!

Hope I'm posting this in the right place! Quick question regarding comparative data. 

Example below for what I'd like to show:

Date A (12/1)- new process F was put into place

Date B (12/6)- overall satisfaction was at 80%, with 100 people saying they were satisfied

I have my columns in excel divided this way:

Date (process change) | Name of Process change| Date of satisfaction| Satisfaction %| Satisfaction Count (#)|

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I want to be able show the relationship of how the process change impacted the satisfaction percentage (with supporting satisfaction count) over the date of satisfaction range.

Struggling to get zoho to report this way. Any ideas?
