Hello-  We are using Zoho CRM to manage the recruiting of sales staff for our business.  Does anyone have a simple system to setup the workflows to automate the reminders for follow-up calls, etc.?  I am trying to give my recruiter the ability to log into Zoho CRM and easily see the recruits that need follow up and see who hasn't been contacted recently.  However, there is no call log, and the Tasks feature is very cumbersome to use as a call log.
