Greetings Zoho Nation! I'm hoping some of you can point me in the right direction for this. I relate products (wines) to individual contacts when they place an order. However, I also have a monthly wine club that goes to many customers. They receive various wines each month depending on their wine club profile. I have a custom field in the Contact record that indicates the type of wine club and can identify the specific wines that are shipped for this. However, it takes time to go through each contact record and manually associate products.
I'm looking for a way to automate this somehow. The algorithm would be something like:
If Wine Club A, then Wine 1 and Wine 3
If Wine Club B, then Wine 2 and Wine 4
Any thoughts on how to automate this product association to contacts?
