Need more / better automation
need to create rules based on events added to records and then do things such as schedule tasks, events, or automatically fire off emails.
Zoho kinda has it; but how about this senario.
Add a lead, then automatically fire off a "Welcome Packet".
This would send an email to the lead with attachements, like a pdf.
Then fire off tasks and events to sales people, such as call lead by this date.
Again some of the rules are there but not enough.
