Need more info regarding changing email hosting to Zoho

Need more info regarding changing email hosting to Zoho

Previous mail hosting service was dropped and need more information to edit CName list.

Do I need to change the following Host  Points To to a Zoho?  Will I need to change MX?  Are other edits needed?

I have added my Zoho assigned CName host and the "points to" per setup instructions.  After doing this I am not able to verify after 48 hours.
