Hi there.  I am looking to setup territories within Zoho CRM.   [Please not that I am not a programmer and I'm simply looking to properly use the functionality setup in the CRM]

When I get to the Account Rule part, I am looking to input a string of States (since there is no picklist) to use as the Account Rule Criteria.  What is the proper setup for inputting data to be associated with the "contains" option:

Option 1:  alabama, kentucky, ohio

Option 2:   alabama OR kentucky OR ohio

Option 3:  alabama; kentucky; ohio

Option 3:  alabama kentucy ohio

Or is it something else?  I would prefer NOT to create 50 individual criteria for the territories using states.

SECOND, since the state field is NOT a picklist, I'm wondering what the best practice is in using that for the ONLY criteria for territory assignment.  Should I create a custom field with a picklist instead?
