Need Someone who has experience designing ZOHO Web to Lead Forms

We use the web to lead forms in Zoho and have asked numerous people on elance.com and odesk.com to redesign them but every time they do it, the zoho code get messed up and the form won't work.

We desperately need someone who already has experience working on specifically ZOHO Web to lead forms who can edit ours so they look better but STILL WORK.
