Need to create a client life cycle within Zoho. Can someone assist with how to setup?
We have a business model that clients of ours sign up for a 1-year contract for a service we provide. Within that 1-year service, we have regular touch points where we need to contact the customer at 30, 60, 90, 180 & 300 day point. We have been managing this life cycle manually, however going forward as our company is growing we want to be able to automate this process so Zoho can pop up or populate a list of the clients that you need to call that are within either one of those points. Does anyone know if this can be done?
