Need to deleted my domain from Zoho

Hello, the mailbox doesn't send or receive mail so I'm trying to delete my domain. Whenever I type my password and click yes to delete I get the message "False" However the message for a wrong password is Invalid Password. (I tested both) I want to delete my entire account.
