Need to enter more info on Purchase Orders
I'm excited about using Zoho CRM for initially managing our product and vendor information, but there is one main obstacle with regard to Purchase Orders -- there is no way to add additional information in the Product Details. That is, for each item we are ordering, we need to specify a color and size -- but there is no where to put that info.
At a minimum, perhaps you can add a text box for each line where we can manually add information. IDEALLY, it would be nice to be able to customize the product detail line items to ADD FIELDS. For example, if Products have a "Size" multi-picklist field (because each product can be offered in multiple sizes), that field can be added to the product details on the purchase order so I can select a size for that line item. This concept would also apply for invoices.
Additionally, it would be nice to customize the name/description of a discount (or charge) added to the invoice so the customer understands what it is ... ex: "Loyalty Discount", "Rush Charge", etc.
