Need to get my mail working

I do not understand my I cannot use my mail. Every time I go there I get an accountl not active message. This is so not cool and it is very irritating. These are basics and this is one of the most touted features of Zoho and I can not even use it.

Can you please fix this for me ASAP. My username is brian.mulenga@pishamopen.com
