Need to identify fields that are updated within Form Scheudle

I have created a Form Schedule that sends out an email when a record is added or changed within a specific form. I am able to identify the record by selecting a few unique fields in that record and include them within the email. I would also like to tell the email recipient the exact fields within the record that were changed. It would also be nice to include what the value was in this field before the change and what the new value is after the change.

Is this possible?
