Need to input more than one character in the search function?  It's a good feature to English version but it 's a problem/bug to Chinese version (I guess all Asia version has same problem).

For example: I want to list all my customer whose's last name is "王", I cannot do it due to this feature/bug.   In Chinese (and many the other Asia language), the last name or first name always only one character.

In Chinese version, please remove this feature/bug, and I believe this feature will not bring much value to English version.
