The new service's wizard is asking me several questions for which I have not found any answers in Zoho's support:

  A. What type of email server does Zoho use? Exchange 2013, or Other IMAP? Etc.

  B. What's the URL for the email server, and if it's an Exchange server, then what's the path to the top level?

  C. Is there a "Role Account" (assuming it's an Exhchange server) and is this identical to the Zoho Administrator's credentials? Or does this Role Account need to be created?

  D. Is Zoho's mail server set up to accept SSL, with a valid certificate?

I realize that it's not Zoho's responsibility to migrate email for me, but it is Zoho's responsibility to make the needed information publicly accessible., This is the ethical way to manage customers who have tried Zoho and are moving on to try something new. Maybe we'll be coming back some day, but only if our experience is good.
