Need to record web-to-contact emails

Need to record web-to-contact emails

Is there a way to record/document an email sent by a webform?  I'd like the email to show up in the contact record once the contact is approved and added to the CRM.  I'll settle for being able to find the email ANYWHERE!  I need email history to begin with the Contact Us form. 

Any suggestions anyone?
