Need to run a weekly activity report for my boss

I need to run a weekly activity report for the CEO of my sales team and I have customized a report that should work very well except for one thing, there is no option to add company name to the report, so the CEO won't know the name of the client.

Is there a solution for this or another report that is better for daily sales activity?
