Just looking through the forum posts it seems like the Quotation functionality in Zoho CRM needs a lot more work. which is a real shame because Zoho CRM has a lot of potential for our business.

Anyway considering all this I'm going to ask the question just in case other out there have come up with a solution. I need to be able to raise quotations that will incorporate both Upfront pricing and Subscription pricing, sub-total and total each of them and then be able to produce a pdf of the quote. 

I've setup custom fields to capture the upfront & subscription inc & ex gst prices but I can't add them to the quote screen for us to view. I can add them to a inventory quote template but I can't calculate them with their separate sub-totals and totals.

If anyone has managed to setup quotation in this way I would love hear how you did it.
