I have different sales staff for beer and wine, and both call on many of the same accounts. I would like them each to be "owner" of these shared accounts, based on their login. I cannot find this function.
My workaround may be to have two accounts for every client, assigned to different owners. I would name them as "--Beer" and "--Wine." To do this, can I clone all of my accounts easily?
Is there not a more elegant solution?
