Need Zoho Workflows to be set up with Whatsup and SMS if clients don't respond to emails
Hello,
we want to set up workflow(s) to send SMS and/or whatsup to
- clients and
- deal contacts
who did not reply to our emails, and we cannot add it in CRM workflow rules setting.
How can we do such workflow? We want to send pre-auth links to clients and other transactional notifications (no spam or promo), so they can auto-login into dashboard to upload docs, so using bulk messaging is not going to work for us.
- also need it to be in multi language as per user lang.
can any product or connectors or extension or custom pre-existing integration solve this in a privacy secure fashion?
either directly or using Twilio API, since we are using Twilio, so may be this opens some opportunity.
we saw few apps which had terrible reviews and complaints, so nothing trustworthy came to our attention. Hope to find some solution.
