I regret ever choosing to purchase my domain and email through you guys. 

The host is trying to publish or take my website live but is unable to access the link.

I have been going back and forth with you guys now for 4 weeks. My hosting company is simply trying to publish my website and take it live. We can't because the link you keep sending me requires some password and customer number.  The past 4 days my emails have gone unanswered by your support team.
My next steps is to seek bring forth a lawsuit against you. I am losing money by the day.

Maybe someone could shed some light on your deplorable support.
