Nested tags...

Please take a look at how Evertnote does tags. I believe that they have one of the smoothest, most robust tagging systems I've ever seen. They implemented nested tags (much better than Gmail's implementation of nesting). If Zoho could implement something like how they do it over there, it would be exceptional.

Additionally, Evernote enables you to select several tags and the result is treated as a logical AND, showing only those items that have been tagged with all selected tags. (sweet) What they don't do, and what would be sweeter would be if you could also perform a logical OR and NOT. But I'm getting carried away. :)

If this could be implemented in Zoho, especially if the tags cut across all modules, I'd bet that tags would become a central function for many users rather than an afterthought. After all, you could click a tag and see - all the spreadsheets, texts, notebooks, presentations, emails, etc. associated with the tags.
