.NET Error after Recent Client Update

.NET Error after Recent Client Update

Two of my clients have experienced the following error since the recent update (which now asks for name in addition to the session ID) 

I figure it is reliance on some part of the .NET framework

This means I had to use a free anydesk to login which defeats the purpose of paying for this software.

Can you please advise?
