Never been able to successfully connect

I have tried your service to connect to several different machines and all failed.

I'm not the usual user, I do work in IT myself so I might know the possible reasons behind this, but I thought that I would get your advice on this instead.

The only thing i have managed to do successfully with your zoho meeting is get the partcipient to view my screen but when i tried to make him the presenter, it kept saying waiting for presenter ... in the new window it opened up.

I am getting very frustrated with it now and I don't know what else to try.
