New Account Setup - Sender Verifcation Fails from subdomain to main domain
Hi Guys,
We are trying to set up zoho mail to be able to send and receive email on a subdomain of ours (my.connectfurniture.com.au).
We have gone through all of the validation steps (MX, SPF, DKIM) for the subdoimain (my.connectfurniture.com.au) and all seemed to work OK
However, we seem unable to send any email from the subdomain to any email address of the main domain (connectfurniture.com.au), as we consistently receive the error (No such user here - Sendfer Verify Failed) - see attached
eg:
from
email@my.connectfurniture.com.au to
techsupport@connectfurniture.com.au
Emails to any other domain seems to work fine.
Any help would be much appreciated.
