New added user not seeing our leads

Hello,

We recently added a new user for Zoho.  Today I noticed that she is not able to see the leads other than the ones she has created heself.  We have plenty of leads being fed inot our CRM through a webform and those leads are viewable in my administrator account.

I thought perhpas I could manage permissions under users and permissions, But I see the standard Profile has almost all the same boxes checked that should allow her to view, create, edit and delete leads.

How do I make it so she can see all of our leads?
