Hello and First of all Thank you for taking the time to help me get ZOHO started!
1- I can't seem to find where you can get the accounts and contacts to be viewed in ABC order.
2. Is there a way to link accounts and contacts?
3. I'm needing to import activity history from another CRM program (outlooks Business contact Manager to Zoho) How can I do this?
