This only recently started happening, but now the bar in the UI with the Send button shrinks so nothing on it can be seen or accessed.

This image shows the problem. Note, this can occur when using the Reply *and* when composing a New email.

This is a major problem, so I look forward to it getting fixed. (Unfortunately, I do not yet have a recipe for making it happen, this is on Chrome.)
