We have been using Zoho CRM at Web Spies to capture prospect details that make an inquiry from our website and email campaigns for web design.This has been successful for us as we can manage leads more effectively!
What we wanted to do now is generate more business leads, so we added some software to our websites
Web Spies
that shows us company details that look at key pages but don't make contact with us. This has doubled our lead generation through the website and kept the sales team buzzing.
I now have double the leads to add to the CRM, has anyone got any good tips they use to stream line the process?
