New business user not able to login at start of new account

Hi,

I've just noticed a new zoho account user can no longer login into their account unless the email address they've provided is outside the domain that is registered with zoho mail hosting.  Zoho provides a messages that says an "authorization message has been sent" to your email.  The only problem is the email is hosted through the business mail of zoho and a new user was created in the control panel, not an outside domain service.

This feature was working before all the updates and i had no problem adding users.


Please advise.
