My company uses tasks to manage calls. Calls are too specific to a time, so tasks work better for us. The contact layout as it was up until a few days ago made it easy to click a task and complete or edit it. Now, there are more descriptors to market the temperature of a task, which in my opinion is nonsense. If it's scheduled it either needs to get done or get rescheduled, but my complaint is that now editing or completing a task requires an additional click on the 3 dot button (...). This is a simple step, but it adds 1 more step, which effectively makes the process less efficient. It's absolutely critical that task management can be as streamlined as possible. This idea was most likely implemented by someone that doesn't actually use the system for CRM and therefore didn't immediately discover that it was a poor decision. Myself and others should not be required to use Canvas to try and fix this. It needs to go back to the way it was.
