Is it possible to integrate Accounts & Contacts better, like that in Zoho Books. I deal with both businesses (Accounts) and individuals (Contacts), therefore I need to be able to invoice both Accounts and Contacts. This works very well in Books, where I can select 'Contact Display Name' and choose whether I want the business name (if relevant) or the contact name as that which I refer to. It would great if I could replicate this in CRM so that everything syncs seamlessly.
