I am new to Zoho so bear with me, I have searched through the forum and can't seem to find the answer to this question.

It's a fairly basic thing so I assume I am doing in incorrectly. I have created an mapped all the custom fields and leads to contacts etc all works great.

My problem is when I create a "company" and it has multiple "contacts" I goto the company tab and select add new "contact" and it associates it with the company no problem but it doesn't use any of the data from the company. I want it fill in the address fields, fax, office phone number and URL.

How is this achieved please.
