New CRM Account: Sorry for the Inconvenience...

I signed up for a CRM account last week because I had been told that Zoho was the best CRM.  

However, every single time I have tried to login since I created the account, regardless of browser (Firefox or Chrome), I get the following message:

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try after some time or report your issue in the feedback form given below.

What am I doing wrong?
