New Customer .... what a mess

Hi

I just started using Zoho and ...well... what a MESS !!!!!

So after spending hours determining what solution i need after reviewing the thousands of modules like zoho crm zoho desk zoho finance , zoho books, zoho food, zoho travel , zoho zoo... i started with zoho CRM+ and Zoho books (still not subscribed to it though)

And here begin the mess...

So basically you go the zoho crm plus portal with a lot of features. Then you start eploring side addons like IQ (very good btw) but you kind of get out of the crm. Same for salesinbox (that thing really help ?? seems to make life harder for me)
Then you start using the side modules but wait...

So zoho crm and zoho books : Great i see a zoho books incon. I start trying to import my invoices and quotes from old system :)  but wait... i'm from France and even if they did a french translation they still think we write numbers like this : 1,000,000.00 .  Well let me tell you something guys. In france 1 million is writtes 1000000,00 or 1 000 000 but certainly without a dot.

So after that i start changin all my csv files to make zoho happy (it took me 3 hours to get an import working) trying to resolve every : "that's not the datat i want" messages. Maybe explain what you guys want instead of just saying "no that's not it" !!!!

After some hours i get some quotes in the system (just to test) . I get back to zoho crm but wait... i see another quote and invoices button in the crm. WTF there is nothing in it ? so i have 2 quotes sytem ? 

Ok i guess i'm too tired for that so i switch to desk :)

After mapping domain (btw thx for letting user choose http mapping instead of https, at least to start) i start sending ticket to myself. At the beginning the appeared in zoho crm notifications but not in desk. A rule later they finally show up. Then i see integration saying "let you see ticket in crm". 
Great i love it !! let's test.
And there again. Integration is functionnal but ticket don't show up in crm. Instead crm let me create ticket ... Wait another double system ??

That's just 1 day of using zoho.

So please guys, try to make things logic and easier and also try to adapt to country prerequisites or else jjust don't translate your software or sell it there. Invoicing and quotes is a serious thing, you cannot just force people tu use specific naming conventions or anything else...
