New email accounts wont receive emails

New email accounts wont receive emails

Hi,
I've tried to create new email boxes for 2 new staff members in Zoho Mail. I used POP to do this. It seemed to create the email account and now in my admin account I can see the new email box in the tab at the bottom left of the screen. However, it wont receive anything when I send test emails. 

I then actually logged into the new account and the 'test' email I sent is there. So It appears that the admin account wont let me see emails coming in and out of the new account. 

Any ideas on what I have done wrong?
