New Email addresses with / slashes do not work in zoho, but works fine in many other mail servers like gmail yahoo etc...

New Email addresses with / slashes do not work in zoho, but works fine in many other mail servers like gmail yahoo etc...

Email address such as this one some_one/OITS/ HIDOE@notes.k12.hi.us are not recognized in zoho mail, they will not send unless the/OITS/HIDEO portion is taken out manually...but these email addresses work just fine in any other mail client such as gmail yahoo outlook..

This is pretty frustrating now that our biggest client is Hawaii school district and the hundreds of emails we have to mail are not working in zoho, please help fix this
