New email customer IMAP not working

Entered a help ticket and expected a call at 6:30 eastern US time Mon 10 Oct but did not get a call.  Also when I attempt to view my help requests I am told I am not a valid user.  Are the help tickets only for paying customers?  After I detrmine that Zoho email actually works I would be more than happy to pay including for support.  We are a new customer and web mail is working fine but cannot get IMAP to work at all (send or receive).   I think we have configured everything per the user guides on the Zoho server end including enabling IMAP for the mail box.  Downloaded the Zoho mobile email app to I-phone and that works fine but want to use the native I-phone email app for various reasons.
