New emails don't show

Major problem today - we have experienced this problem before a couple of weeks ago - along with other users according to this forum

We can see that we have received emails (folders are bolded and the number of emails is shown) but when clicking on the folder it says "loading" but new emails do not show up

Please advise / rectify ASAP
