I have about 20 email accounts in my organization. All emails has the following problem,

• New emails not shown in inbox. Its will show after i click some random folders in my mailbox then inbox.
• Send and receive freezes for some time ,then i have to close and reopen the outlook to get it work.
• If i got a mail in inbox, In mobile i get that mail instantly, in outlook it takes 5 min.
