We are happy to introduce three new enhancements to Reports in Zoho CRM that are available now:

Up until now, when you export a report, the file would always have a column that displays the record ID. While this record id can be useful in some cases, most of the time you will not need to refer to the record ID. Now, every time you export, schedule, or send a report you can choose to include or exclude the record ID column by selecting or unselecting the Show record ID column option.

Up until now, when you include the currency field in your report, the report would convert the record currency into the home currency set in your CRM settings. Now you can choose to display the record currency as well as the home currency.

When you delete a report, it is moved to the Recently Deleted folder before it is permanently deleted. Before, only the permanently deleted reports would show in the Audit Log not the temporary deletion.

Now we are capturing both! Reports deleted and are moved to the the recently deleted folder will read like “Harriet Nicholson Deleted a Report named Account contribution,” and those that are deleted permanently will read like “Harriet Nicholson Permanently Deleted a Report named Account contribution from Recently Deleted.” The Audit Log will capture report deletion for up to three years insuring that admins can identify these activities effectively.
