There are so many posts on what people are looking for in Zoho CRM to be released. Ive listed some below but wondered if ZOHO could give us all an update on these progresses instead of its coming. Maybe are they coming 1st qtr, 2nd, 3rd, etc?

-Blackberry/Iphone Moblie CRM Access

-Email Templates- Being able to create your own HTML with images and stuff rather than using source codes.Making your templates more editable and have headers/footers, etc like salesforce does.

-Calendar within CRM

-Call Log

-Skype or Google Talk intergration

-Quickbooks Online Intergration

-Customizable forms for Inventory, Product, etc

-New Skins/Themes 

-Twitter Feed-Ability to do twitter feed correspondance with followers through the CRM
