Hope you're enjoying using Zoho Social. We've been working on a bunch of new features, and today, I'm excited to announce them to you!
Know your Connections better
We've revamped the Connections tab for you, to give you more information about people who engage with your brand.
Associate your Connections with their social media profiles and follow their updates on social networks within the Connections tab.
You can also see their social media stats (such as the number of follows, followers, likes, etc.) and their recent interactions with your brand. The Personal Info section shows publicly available information about them (such as bio, location, and website). You can add other relevant details such as email address and phone number manually.
You can see their recent interactions with your brand, and the publicly available profile information from associated social networks like Twitter, Instagram and Google+.
The (refreshed) Monitor tab
Your Facebook wall posts and Twitter mentions are set as default columns in the revamped Monitor tab.
Based on the networks you've configured, you can add the following columns:
Timeline, Likes, Keyword search, User search and Lists
Keyword search and User search
Keyword search, Likes, and User search
When you add a new column, it carries your name with it so that your team knows who created it.
View posts that failed, and manage them.
Now it's easy to see which of your posts could not go live. Check out the Failed posts section in the Posts tab.
You can edit your posts and publish them right away, or schedule them for later. You can also filter all such posts by social network.
Have better conversations
The improved Messages tab now gives you more information about every message that comes in your inbox. While you engage with a Connection, you can see their profile information, recent tweets, and previous interactions with you in the sidebar. This helps you stay relevant and informed during a conversation.
After all, this is your first step to creating sales and loyal customers.
Know engagement stats
You now get an enhanced Live Stream for better social listening. You'll know if it is the first time someone has engaged with your brand, or if they regularly engaged with your brand in the past.
Learn more about them by clicking on their name. This is pretty useful if you're looking to identify key influencers and thought leaders from industry. A mention or retweet from someone with an impressive social media presence always helps in increasing your brand's visibility.
Use the Discuss button to collaborate with your team members, and plan your communication strategy. After all, social media thrives on real-time engagement.CRM Integration
