New Formula to count Hold Orders
Hi,
Firstly sorry if this is the wrong place to be asking this!
I have started to use Zoho reports with Zendesk so very new to this - Inside Zendesk I have tickets with an tick box option to select when the ticket is a new order. I would like to create a new Aggregate formula in a report to count the number of tickets with this box checked but the ticket status is not closed, solved or deleted.
I have easily worked out how to count the number of orders with the following:
count("Tickets"."New Order")
