New Google Apps users cannot accept invitation and sign into Zoho CRM

I have already spoken via Chat to Support, but here's the situation:

  1. We use Google Apps
  2. We have Zoho CRM
  3. I added 2 new staff yesterday, and sent them invites from Zoho
  4. They open their email invitation and click the link to Join
  5. They get to a page with a blue Accept Invite button
  6. They click the button, the page simply reloads with the same button
  7. They are unable to progress, and thus cannot access Zoho

The issue has been present for 2 days to my knowledge. On Chat I am now told "I  am sorry, but there is an issue with the Google Apps log-in and we are looking into it"

The one workaround suggested, to Disable Zoho in our Google Apps account resulted in the new staffers accepting a (newly sent) invitation, and winding up with blank new Zoho account.

Existing users are OK. This is some serious problem around creating new Zoho users via Google Apps.
