I have already spoken via Chat to Support, but here's the situation:
- We use Google Apps
- We have Zoho CRM
- I added 2 new staff yesterday, and sent them invites from Zoho
- They open their email invitation and click the link to Join
- They get to a page with a blue Accept Invite button
- They click the button, the page simply reloads with the same button
- They are unable to progress, and thus cannot access Zoho
The issue has been present for 2 days to my knowledge. On Chat I am now told "I am sorry, but there is an issue with the Google Apps log-in and we are looking into it"
The one workaround suggested, to Disable Zoho in our Google Apps account resulted in the new staffers accepting a (newly sent) invitation, and winding up with blank new Zoho account.
Existing users are OK. This is some serious problem around creating new Zoho users via Google Apps.
