New IMAP server issue???

I use IMAP on my phone. never had an issue. Got a new phone today, was setting it up, when it tries to validate it keeps responding with error "your username or password is incorrect." ive rentered it a dozen plus times now... it is not incorrect. The only thing that appeared as new to me was the zoho server. Now, imappro.zoho.com is the server. this is something new. im entering port 993 and requiring ssl, but no matter what i enter i get same error. i thought i was loosing my mind so i changed password on my desktop. same error. is something broke in zoho?
