We are pleased to introduce the Data from Picture feature in Zoho Office Integrator's spreadsheet editor. It intelligently detects and organizes text and numbers from any image into structured cells using OCR. With this feature, users can turn images of tables, reports, and datasets into editable spreadsheet data in just a few clicks from within your web app. Currently, data extraction is supported only for images containing English text and numbers.
Multiple upload methods: Add images via file picker, drag-and-drop, or paste from your clipboard.
Multi-format compatibility: Accepts JPEG, JPG, PNG, and BMP files up to 10 MB.
On-the-fly image editing: Adjust orientation, size, or crop area before extraction to improve accuracy.
Interactive preview: Verify and correct data before adding them to your spreadsheet.
Open your spreadsheet
Go to Data > Data from Picture
Upload an image and use the built-in editing tools to rotate, resize, or crop the image as needed.
Review the extracted content in the preview pane. You can edit the individual cells before inserting them and choose where to insert the data in the spreadsheet (New sheet or existing sheet).
Click Insert.
