New in WorkDrive: Optical Character Recognition and Object Detection in Search

We know managing team files often means a lot of clutter, which is why we've introduced features like global search and data templates to improve your file management experience and help you find information faster. Today's update is along those same lines, as we introduce Optical Character Recognition and Object Detection in WorkDrive's search function. 
 
You can now easily find your images and scanned docs by simply searching for any text they contain. Object Character Recognition helps to extract the text within images, scanned documents, and images inside documents, converting them into searchable metadata. 
 
For example, let's say you want to find images used in a particular campaign, and while you don't know the file names, you do know some of the keywords or phrases used in the campaign copy. Simply search using any text the image contains and WorkDrive will find all related images. 
 
 
Currently, WorkDrive supports:
 
Note: Only printed text in images can be searched in WorkDrive (hand-written text is not supported).
 
Why restrict your search to just text? With WorkDrive's Object Detection feature, you can now search for images based on objects in them. 
 
For example, if you search for images containing laptop, WorkDrive will list all relevant images.
 
Currently WorkDrive supports 50 plus objects and we are continuously adding more.
